Inclusive playground for children with different needs

An inclusive playground can be built from EduPlayground equipment, because it meets accessibility requirements. Below: how it is designed and what it has been recognised for.

Play without barriers

EduPlayground structures are designed inclusively. A child who uses a wheelchair and a child who runs about use the same equipment and play side by side.

Our equipment stands in inclusive settings, therapy centres and hospitals. In the catalogue, therapeutic and inclusive equipment forms a world of its own: Therapeutic. See the Therapeutic world

A periodic table you can read with your fingers

The periodic table of elements with Braille labels took place 2 in the ‘Accessibility Leader in Priority Sectors’ competition run by the Polish Ministry of Development and Technology. It has 118 four-sided, rotating cubes. The Braille labels are weatherproof, and the plates have passed quality control. See the N18 Periodic Table

In 2022, ten members of the EduPlayground team completed training in accessible design using the Design Thinking method at Concordia Design and gained an accessibility specialist certificate.

Your installation

An accessible playground starts with a conversation
