Sensory playground: development through the senses

A sensory playground is made up of outdoor equipment that engages touch, sight and hearing. It works well in nurseries, schools, education centres, hospitals and therapy practices.

How children learn

Experience first, then knowledge

Sensory equipment does nothing by itself - it is the child who sets it in motion with their own hands. Active play like this trains fine and gross motor skills, teaches concentration and makes what is learned stay in the memory for longer.

A real stimulus, not a screen

Texture under the fingers and live sound act on the senses in a way no screen can.

Safe, all year round

The equipment meets EN 1176-1 and is built to stay outdoors in every season.

How we work

From idea to finished playground

Every installation follows the same clear path - from the first conversation about your needs to servicing equipment that is already in use by children.

1

Talking about your needs

An adviser gets to know the site, the children's ages and your goals, then suggests what will work.

2

Design and choice of equipment

A layout plan is drawn up, with a list of equipment matched to the space and your goals.

3

Production and delivery

The equipment is made in Poland and delivered by our own transport, with installation available as an option.

4

Documentation and service

EN 1176 certificates and documentation are included, and our support carries on.

Frequently asked questions

Who are sensory playgrounds for?

They work well wherever children learn and play outdoors: in nurseries, schools and education centres. They also go to hospitals and therapy practices, because a sensory stimulus - touch, sound, image - is often a starting point for therapy.

Is it safe? Which standards does it meet?

This is playground equipment, designed and tested in line with the EN 1176-1 standard. Each piece has a declaration of conformity and a certificate from an accredited body - the same document that counts in a tender.

What does installation at your site involve?

Every piece of equipment is fixed permanently: with steel anchors in the ground, or with chemical anchors on concrete and paving. It also has a defined safety zone. An adviser helps work out its dimensions and the right installation method for your particular surface.

Will it last outdoors all year round?

Yes. The frames are steel, galvanised and powder-coated, and parts exposed to moisture are made of stainless steel. They withstand rain, frost and sun, so they stay in the playground all year round, with no need to put them away for the winter.
