Learning through illusions in the open air

Optical playground equipment - distorting mirrors, telescopes and mirror writing - that surprises the eye and teaches how we see. It works well in schools, education centres and public spaces.

How children learn

First surprise, then a question

Optical equipment does not work by itself - it is the child who spins the optical wheel until the patterns start to whirl, and sets pictures moving that run like a film. If nothing is actually moving, where does the motion come from? That question leads to how light and sight create an image.

A live illusion, not a screen

The illusion comes from real mirrors and lenses, right in front of the child - not from a filter on a screen.

Safe, all year round

The equipment meets EN 1176-1 and is built to stay outdoors in every season.

How we work

From idea to finished playground

Every installation follows the same clear path - from the first conversation about your needs to servicing equipment that is already in use by children.

1

Talking about your needs

An adviser gets to know the site, the children's ages and your goals, then suggests what will work.

2

Design and choice of equipment

A layout plan is drawn up, with a list of equipment matched to the space and your goals.

3

Production and delivery

The equipment is made in Poland and delivered by our own transport, with installation available as an option.

4

Documentation and service

EN 1176 certificates and documentation are included, and our support carries on.

Frequently asked questions

Who is optical equipment for?

It works wherever children learn and play outdoors: in schools, nurseries and education centres. It also goes to public spaces and centres, because the illusion works straight away, without instructions, and catches the attention of everyone who walks past.

Is it safe? Which standards does it meet?

This is playground equipment, designed and tested in line with the EN 1176-1 standard. Each piece has a declaration of conformity and a certificate from an accredited body - the same document that counts in a tender.

What does installation at your site involve?

Every piece of equipment is fixed permanently: with steel anchors in the ground, or with chemical anchors on concrete and paving. It also has a defined safety zone. An adviser helps work out its dimensions and the right installation method for your particular surface.

Will it last outdoors all year round?

Yes. The frames are steel, galvanised and powder-coated, and parts exposed to moisture are made of stainless steel. They withstand rain, frost and sun, so they stay in the playground all year round, with no need to put them away for the winter.
